Bill and Bobby
Father. Son. Racing is in their blood.
Bill’s first trip to a race track was at 9 years old. Since preschool, Bobby’s been pushing race cars. They could talk forever about their shared passion.
Bandoleros
Bobby currently races the #6 bandolero in the U.S. Legends Cars and INEX series Outlaw division. The 2022 season includes Winter Heat, Summer Shootout, and Southeast Legends Tour. You can shop the Mares Family Motorsports store HERE.
Go Karting
Bobby began racing indoor go karts in Fall 2019. In the youth karts, Bobby was the Fall 2020 League Champion in the Victory Lane Karting Youth Program. Bobby moved to adult karts in February 2021 and improves each time he is out on the track.
NASCAR
Bill has worked in professional racing for over 20 years. Through mid-pack finishes, a few wins, and with teams of varying budgets, Bill has always given his best.
So then, with endurance, let’s also run the race that is laid out in front of us, since we have such a great cloud of witnesses surrounding us. Let’s throw off any extra baggage, get rid of the sin that trips us up.
